Plans have been announced for the New Brittany Corporate Center, a two-story medical and professional office building at the corner of New Brittany Boulevard and Cambridge Manor Drive in the College Parkway business district of Fort Myers. Real estate broker Rodney A. Fidler Jr. of Fidler Real Estate Services, Inc. is leasing custom office space from 1,000 to 11,200 square feet with a projected opening in mid-2001. The center is being developed by ORBIS Properties, New York-based investment company that is also developing office space in Colonial Executive Park on Colonial Boulevard.
