Construction is complete on the Heidt Building at Colonial Executive Park in Fort Myers, a two-story medical and professional office building on Colonial Boulevard, midway between U.S. 41 and Interstate 75. Heidt & Associates, a regional engineering firm, occupies 8,800 square feet, comprising the entire second floor. AllianceOne, a firm specializing in medical accounts receivable management, will occupy 3,400 square feet on the first floor.
