FORT MYERS, FL – New Brittany Corporate Center is now fully leased, with Engle Homes leasing the remaining 8,525 sq. ft. for its corporate offices and home design center. The home design center will be located on the first floor of the building, with administrative offices on the second floor, reports leasing agent Rodney A. Fidler, Jr., CCIM, of Fidler Real Estate Services. The prominent new building occupies the corner of New Brittany Boulevard and Cambridge Manor Drive, in the College Parkway business district.
Engle Homes, a subsidiary of TOUSA Homes, is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and the developer of the Reflection Lakes and Casa del Lago residential communities in Fort Myers. According to Fidler, New Brittany Corporate Center is perfectly suited for Engle’s dual uses. “The center is extremely convenient for Engle’s homebuyers, with frontage on three streets, ample parking, and easy access to College Parkway, Cleveland Avenue, and Summerlin Road. The architectural design of New Brittany Corporate Center is by Sheeley Architects, engineering services were provided by Bean, Whitaker, Lutz & Kareh, and Brooks & Freund was the construction manager. Financing was provided by Busey Bank.
New Brittany Corporate Center is a development of ORBIS Properties, LLC -a New York based investment company that is also developing office buildings in Colonial Executive Park on Colonial Boulevard. “The successful leasing of New Brittany Corporate Center and the Heidt Building in Colonial Executive Park attests to the strength of the local office market,” noted Fidler.
