FORT MYERS — Construction is progressing on a new specialty shopping center, Shops at Jamaica Bay, on U.S. 41 South in south Fort Myers. Rodney Fidler of Fidler Real Estate Services said Henrick's Jewelers and Bear Rock Café will be part of the center. Henrick's has leased 5,678 square feet. The Shops will also include the first Southwest Florida location of Bear Rock Café, a casual restaurant featuring salads, sandwiches, soups and fresh-baked breads. Bear Rock Café will occupy 3,449 square feet with additional patio dining.
