Architecture firm moving to 3850 Colonial office building

FORT MYERS, FL – A & R Architects, P.A. will establish their Fort Myers offices in the recently completed 3850 Colonial office building, at the entrance to Colonial Executive Park, on Colonial Boulevard, midway between U.S. 41 and I-75. The 3,000 sq. ft. lease was arranged by the project’s sales and leasing agent, Rodney A. Fidler, Jr., CCIM, of Fidler Real Estate Services, Inc.

The new two-building office center directly faces Colonial Boulevard and provides 25,000 sq. ft. of office space. Paychex, Inc. a national provider of payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, occupies 11,000 sq. ft. Leasing information on the remaining office space is available from Rodney Fidler at Fidler Real Estate Services, (239) 470-2317 or send e-mail.

The lakeside office center features a clock tower, landscaped courtyard, and optional covered parking. The remaining 11,000 sq. ft. of office space is available in units from 1,000 sq. ft. with interiors built to suit the needs of the tenants. Parking and office entrances have been designed to suit professional office use, as well as medical offices and many other businesses, explained Fidler. According to Mr. Fidler, “this new office center is located at the entrance to the park, with tremendous visibility, so it has been carefully designed to have a memorable and enduring appearance.” The offices feature generous windows, to enjoy the views of the lake, courtyard and the tropical landscaping of the campus style office park.
