FORT MYERS, FL - Orbis Properties, LLC, announced today that several tenants have signed leases to open stores at Shops at Jamaica Bay.
Fit for Life, a fitness center geared to serve the needs of older adults, will occupy 1,375 sq. ft. in the center. Zoom Tan, a new concept in tanning salons, will occupy 1,252 sq. ft. E-Z Games, a computer games arcade, will occupy 2,451 sq. ft. Remy’s Custom Design, a well-known tailor and maker of custom suits, will occupy 1,252 sq. ft.
Shops at Jamaica Bay is a 20,600 sq. ft. shopping center now under construction at the intersection of U.S. Route 41 and Jamaica Bay Boulevard. Representatives of Orbis said that the shopping center is now 82% leased with the signing of these four tenants.
Construction of Shops at Jamaica Bay is expected to be completed in the early fall of 2007 according to Orbis officials.
Stultz, Inc. is the construction manager for the center. Rodney A. Fidler of Fidler Real Estate Services is the leasing agent. Orbis, based in New York, has developed several other properties in South Fort Myers, mainly office buildings.
