FORT MYERS, FL - AT&T Mobility will open a new store at Shops at Jamaica Bay officials of Orbis Properties, LLC, announced today. The store will relocate to the center from a nearby location.
The store will occupy 3,670 sq. ft. According to Orbis, with the signing of this lease, Shops at Jamaica Bay is now 100% leased. “AT&T is a fine capstone to our leasing efforts. We are gratified that such a well-known tenant would choose the center for its new state-of-the-art store in South Fort Myers,” Orbis representatives said.
Shops at Jamaica Bay is a 20,600 sq. ft. complex that is nearing completion. The center is expected to open in September. It is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 41 and Jamaica Bay Boulevard. All stores have direct visibility from Route 41 and the street intersection is signalized for all northbound and southbound turning movements.
