Shops at Jamaica Bay opens

FORT MYERS, FL - Shops at Jamaica Bay is now open for business according to officials of Orbis Properties, LLC.

Tenants that have opened their doors are Bear Rock Café, Luxury Nails and Spa, Remy’s Custom Design, E-Z Games, AT&T Mobility, and Fit for Life. Orbis officials said that the center is geared to offering the convenience of services that residents of nearby communities need frequently.

The shopping center, located at the intersection of U.S. Route 41 and Jamaica Bay Boulevard, consists of 20,600 sq. ft. The street intersection is fully signalized. According to Orbis officials, each store has direct visibility from U.S. Route 41 for ease of recognition by passing motorists. The center offers close proximity to many other large-scale retailers in South Fort Myers.

“We are gratified by the enthusiastic response that the retailing community has shown for Shops at Jamaica Bay,” Orbis officials said. Fully preleased, additional stores will open during the next several weeks.

Stultz, Inc. is the construction manager for the center. Rodney A. Fidler of Fidler Real Estate Services is the leasing agent. Orbis, based in New York, developed the Colonial Executive Center among other properties in South Fort Myers.
