Ceremony Heidt and Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for their new office building. Members of the Lee Building Industry Association are invited to attend the ceremony which will take place on November 17th at 3:00-6:00 p.m.
The groundbreaking ceremony will precede the LBIA 2001 Installation and Awards Ceremony held at Gulf Harbor at 6:30 p.m. and members are encouraged to stop by the groundbreaking ceremony prior to the Installation Banquet. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the future home of Heidt and Associates, Inc., 3810 Colonial Boulevard (between the Brown and Brown building and the McGregor Baptist Church). The building will be named the Heidt and Associates/Colonial Executive Park. Heidt and Associates, Inc. has entered into a long term lease with Orbis Properties to occupy the 8500 s.f. second floor of the building. Leasing of the first floor of the building is available through Rodney Fidler of Fidler Real Estate Services, Inc. Alliance Design Group is providing architectural and interior design services.
