Fort Myers – Orbis Properties is under contract to purchase the eight remaining lots of Colonial Executive Park, on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers, and has commenced pre-construction leasing for the first of two multi-tenant office buildings to be developed in the Park.
Rodney A. Fidler, Jr., CCIM is the exclusive leasing agent for the projected 17,000 S.F., two-story professional and medical office building. Fidler stated that the space is presently configured for eight office suites but that individual space requirements of prospective tenants can still be accommodated at this time.
Designed in the Spanish Mediterranean style, the building will feature 9 to 10 foot ceilings, individually metered electrical service, separate restrooms and HVAC systems for each office suite, and sufficient parking for medical office occupancy.
Colonial Executive Park offers easy access to and from major traffic arteries, including US-41 and I-75, as well as proximity to several attractive residential communities. Located at 3820 Colonial Boulevard, the Park is within minutes of Southwest Florida International Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University, Edison Mall, Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, the Midpoint Bridge to Cape Coral, and a variety of nationally recognized restaurants and hotels. Colonial Executive Park now comprises eight multi- and single-tenant office buildings. Orbis projects a total of seven additional buildings. The developers plan to break ground for the new building this summer, and expect completion this winter.
