WHAT: Construction is now completed on New Brittany Corporate Center, a two-story medical and professional office building at New Brittany Boulevard and Cambridge Manor Drive in the College Parkway business district in Fort Myers. |

WH0'S THERE: The new office center has frontage on three streets, ample parking for medical practices, and easy access to College Parkway, Cleveland Avenue and Summerlin Road. New Brittany Corporate Center also features covered parking, which is being offered as an option to tenants on a first-come basis. |

WHEN: April 2 was the official groundbreaking. Occupancy is scheduled for this fall. |

CREDITS: New Brittany Corporate Center is being developed by ORBIS Properties, a New York-based investment company that is also developing office space in Colonial Executive Park on Colonial Boulevard. Rodney A. Fidler Jr. of Fidler Real Estate Services, Inc. coordinated site selection and acquisition for the project. |
