Comprised of 17 buildings occupying 20.3 acres, Fort Myers Avenue Shops was acquired in April 2003 for its healthy cash flow and potential to be renovated and repositioned as a first-class shopping environment to accommodate a mix of national, regional, and local tenants.

Partially completed, Orbis sold the property in May 2007 to an Ohio-based developer.
