The Brown & Brown Building was pre-leased to the namesake tenant and an architectural firm. As the first of three two-story buildings within Colonial Executive Park, the building is comprised of 20,700 sq. ft. It established the park as a desirable location for high-quality multi-tenant office buildings. The building was co-sponsored by one of the Orbis partners and its success led to the acquisition by Orbis of the entire Colonial Executive Park land parcel.
