New Brittany Corporate Center is located in the College Parkway corridor of South Fort Myers. College Parkway is home to many financial services firms and medical practices. Given the low vacancy rate in this submarket, Orbis built New Brittany without pre-leasing. Within six months of completion, the building was fully leased to tenants in the home building industry.

Comprising 11,000 sq. ft., the two-story building has a contemporary design in a cream and green color palette. The building features 11-foot ceilings, especially large reflective glass windows, a natural stone lobby, in-suite lavatories, and individually controlled heating and cooling.
