ORBIS Properties has unveiled plans for Fort Myers Avenue Shops, composed of several adjacent retail buildings on U.S. 41 South between Page Field Commons and Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers. Components of the project include landscaping along U.S. 41, creation of a main entrance with traffic signal, new signs, improved parking, pedestrian plazas, an international food court with café seating and new architecture. Fidler Real Estate Services, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), handles marketing and leasing, while ORBIS Properties manages the center. The leasing and management offices are onsite at 11759 U.S. 41 S., Suite 35.
