Orbis Properties has a growing list of successfully completed projects.  Located within the Colonial Executive Park, the Brown & Brown Building was co-sponsored by one of the current Orbis partners prior to the formation of Orbis.  All ready-to-build parcels in Colonial Executive Park have been sold.

In 2007, Orbis sold Fort Myers Avenue Shops, a 240,000 sq. ft. retail property in process of renovation, to an Ohio-based developer.
