WH0'S THERE: Heidt & Associates is a regional engineering firm that occupies 8,700 square feet and takes up the entire second floor. AllianceOne, a firm specializing in medical accounting services, has announced plans to occupy 3,400 square feet on the first floor. |

FOR LEASE: The project developer, ORBIS Properties, is now proceeding with the build-out of 1,000 square feet of finished office space on the first floor that is available for lease to businesses requiring immediate occupancy. An additional 4,000 square feet of space remains available and will be custom designed and finished for the businesses that will reside there. |
